If the desired effect is immediately achieved, possibly reduce to fewer drops to experience if
less is already sufficient. Otherwise, build up the drops slowly for possibly more effect. We are all different by genetics and in how we eat and drink and live our life. For that reason it is needed for everyone to personally experience, how sensitive your system is towards CBD.
If this dosage does not give a sufficient effect, then build this up
with 1 drop and give that 3 days to see if it is sufficient for the endocannabinoid system, so that will be 4 drops and that then 3 times a day. After 3 days, go to 5 drops and aswell that 3 times a day. And build that up further if more effect is needed and perhaps possible. This way you can only feel what the right dosage of high-quality CBD can do, together with the immune system.
After 2 weeks, the CBD oil starts to be more effective in many cases than in the beginning. So at this point you should check again whether fewer drops of CBD oil has the same positive effect. If there is not enough relief yet, then continue building (such as the previously described step-by-step plan) to the number of CBD oil drops that does give the desired effect.
Maximum amount of CBD oil in one day is 160 Mg.
So always keep this in mind, and when using medicine, you should always consult a doctor whether it is wise to combine the medicine with CBD.
If you are giving breastfeeding or you are pregnant then do not use CBD during this period.
Not enough effect after 2 weeks? Continue to build up every 3 days with 1 or 2 drops at a time. For some people it is sufficient to take it once a day, other people need it more frequently for the same desired effect. It is therefore very personal and experimental, to try and see what it can do for you, for what extent and in what time period.
I myself have the condition Bechterew and for this I have used the 500 Mg CBD oil 3 times a day for a number of months for pain relief and to inhibit inflammation. After that period of several months, I now use about 5 drops of CBD oil once a day to prevent inflammation and pain.
In addition, it is important for me that I combine this with ketogenic food, or as healthy as possible. which helps the CBD oil, having the optimal effect. I use more CBD oil drops when I feel an inflammation developing. This will help me get rid of a starting inflammation in a few days.
